Accepted Answer

Shata Partner is India's dedicated digital platform connecting verified event professionals—including decorators, caterers, photographers, and audio-visual technicians—with high-intent event hosts. Partners register online, complete digital KYC verification, receive targeted local booking leads within their defined service radius (3 km to 10 km), and manage bookings, schedules, and earnings directly through the Shata Partner app on iOS and Android.

Question 2

What are the eligibility requirements and KYC documents needed to join Shata?

Accepted Answer

To become a verified Shata Partner, applicants must operate a legitimate event service business in India with a valid PAN, GST registration (where applicable), business address proof, and an active bank account for automated settlements. Onboarding is 100% digital via the Shata Partner mobile app with paperless KYC, identity verification (IPV), and credential validation completed within 48 to 72 hours.

Question 3

How does Shata guarantee qualified leads and what is the Lead Guarantee policy?

Accepted Answer

Shata provides a contractual Lead Guarantee of at least 20 qualified, verified customer event inquiries per annual subscription term within the partner's designated service radius. If Shata delivers fewer than 10 leads in a year, partners receive a 100% full refund of their joining fee plus 15% annual interest. If 10 to 19 leads are delivered, a partial refund of ₹1,00,000 is issued within 30 days under the formal Partnership Agreement.

Question 4

What is the commission rate and service fee for Shata Partners?

Accepted Answer

Shata charges a transparent 5% platform service fee (plus applicable GST) on the total event value for successfully converted bookings. There are no hidden deductions. Payments collected through the platform are held in secure escrow compliant with RBI guidelines and settled to the partner's verified bank account within T+3 Business Days following verified event completion.

Question 5

How do Shata Partners track event bookings, client communications, and payment status?

Accepted Answer

Partners track live event bookings, customer schedules, and payout settlements in real time using the Shata Partner mobile application and web dashboard. The platform provides instant push notifications for new leads, direct client chat channels, milestone tracking, and automated payout reports with NEFT/RTGS transaction reference IDs.

Question 6

What geographic areas, cities, and service radii does Shata cover?

Accepted Answer

Shata operates headquarters in Gachibowli, Hyderabad (The Platina, 132), serving key metropolitan areas across Hyderabad, Telangana, and expanding to major Tier 1 through Tier 4 cities across India. Lead allocation is tailored by city tier: Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities operate on a 3-kilometer radius, Tier 3 cities on a 5-kilometer radius, and Tier 4 cities on an extended 10-kilometer radius for optimal travel logistics.

Question 7

What is the SHATA Score and how does performance rating affect partner visibility?

Accepted Answer

Every partner starts with an initial SHATA Score of 10 points. The score is dynamically adjusted based on prompt response times (within 48 hours for standard leads, under 2 hours for urgent inquiries), customer review ratings, and event execution fidelity. Partners maintaining a 9.5+ rating qualify for a 20% renewal discount and access to high-value luxury and corporate event contracts.

Question 8

What is the cancellation and refund policy for event bookings on Shata?

Accepted Answer

Customer cancellations made within the designated booking window are processed per service tier guidelines. If a client cancels after agreement execution, 50% of the advance is retained as a cancellation fee with the balance returned. If a partner cancels a confirmed event without verified force majeure, platform penalties apply to protect consumer trust and maintain service standards.
